Lonjing tea(Dragon Well tea) Brewing Instructions:
  1. 11 oz regular mug : add 1 teaspoon of Longjing tea and add 10 oz of 90-85 centigrade of hot water. Wait for 3-5 minute before serve.
  2.  24 oz of small teapot add 2 and ½ teaspoon of tea leave, brews for 5 minutes.
  3.  40 oz of teapot add 4 teaspoons of tea leave and brews for 5 minute.

Tips:

bulletHow do I know the water is about 90-85 centigrade?

Answer: When you boiled the water , set for 3 minutes before you pour it in the teapots or mugs. Brew the green tea by the just boiled hot water will destroy the vitamins in the green tea.

bulletHow do I know the Longjing tea is ready to serve?

Answer: When you see the 2/3 of tea leave already sink to bottom of the cups or teapots, and the tealeaves are opened, not at tight status.
